Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
• Lead recruitment efforts for retail positions to ensure timely fulfillment of critical roles.
• Drive proactive talent mapping and maintain a strong talent pipeline for business-critical roles.
• Act as a primary recruitment advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and updates on active searches.
• Strengthen employer branding through recruitment marketing, career events, and digital presence.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor legislation and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
• Support store leaders on people-related topics including team structure, succession planning, and mobility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full recruitment cycle management.
• Expertise in talent mapping and pipeline development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise business leaders.
• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Proficiency in recruitment operations, compliance, and ATS management.
• Ability to manage recruitment across multiple markets (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, and the Philippines).
