About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of AI selection tools and provider evaluation
- Lead pan-European campus strategy and intern hiring efforts
- Streamline and standardize recruitment systems and processes
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for M&A, Valuations, and Capital Advisory bankers at Associate and Analyst levels
- Provide Greenhouse expertise across European offices
- Heighten employer brand in Europe through Glassdoor and targeted initiatives
- Manage European headhunter relationships and vendor contracts
- Identify and pipeline talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and active networking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related field
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including early careers recruiting
- Experience in professional services or client services environment
- Proficiency with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
- Working knowledge of European employment regulations and GDPR
- Proven project management skills related to process improvement or AI implementation
- Strong negotiating and storytelling skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, global environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in one or more European languages in addition to English
