Talent Acquisition Manager, GTM

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, including pipeline development, assessment strategy, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines by engaging with sales and GTM communities and cultivating passive candidate relationships
• Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience that aligns with Slalom’s culture and values
• Mentor and collaborate with recruiting peers to share best practices and ensure compliance for Canada-specific requirements
• Support the broader Americas-based Talent Acquisition team with additional hiring capabilities as needed
• Participate in internal and external initiatives, such as industry recruiting fairs and community groups

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated success hiring for revenue-generating roles (e.g., quota-carrying sales, account management, partner sales, or sales leadership)
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise leaders
• Proficiency leveraging ATS, CRM tools, market data, and social sourcing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
