About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality leaders across multiple platforms and domains
- Partner closely with hiring managers and practice leaders to understand team priorities and provide expert consultation on recruitment strategies
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of the competitive talent market and emerging industry trends
- Cultivate Slalom’s employer brand by engaging in technology communities and attending industry events
- Use data-driven insights to refine recruiting approaches, improve funnel health, and forecast talent needs
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and a relationship-focused approach
- Collaborate with and mentor other recruiters to share best practices and evolve TA processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience
- At least 2 years of experience focused on GTM or functional recruiting within consulting or enterprise environments
- Proven success hiring for sales and client partner roles
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of technical and leadership roles
- Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including CRM/ATS platforms and social sourcing tools
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring
