Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of GTM Talent Partners in Europe
- Own relationships with European GTM leadership as a strategic hiring partner
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple European markets
- Run structured, data-informed hiring processes to maintain high quality and pace
- Maintain high standards for candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Partner with the Director of GTM Recruiting on market-specific sourcing strategies
Requirements
- Experience managing GTM or sales recruiters at a high-growth, VC-backed company
- Deep understanding of the European GTM talent landscape (Nordics, DACH, Southern Europe)
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop individual contributors
- Experience conducting credible, high-level talent conversations with revenue leaders
- Data-driven approach to managing recruitment searches and pipelines
- Ability to maintain high hiring standards under pressure in new markets
- Language skills beyond English are a strong plus
