Talent Acquisition Manager, GTM

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of GTM Talent Partners in Europe
• Own relationships with European GTM leadership as a strategic hiring partner
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple European markets
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes to maintain high quality and pace
• Maintain high standards for candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with the Director of GTM Recruiting on market-specific sourcing strategies

Requirements

• Experience managing GTM or sales recruiters at a high-growth, VC-backed company
• Deep understanding of the European GTM talent landscape (Nordics, DACH, Southern Europe)
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop individual contributors
• Experience conducting credible, high-level talent conversations with revenue leaders
• Data-driven approach to managing recruitment searches and pipelines
• Ability to maintain high hiring standards under pressure in new markets
• Language skills beyond English are a strong plus
