About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across commercial, technical, operational, and leadership roles
- Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and make high-quality hiring decisions
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency
- Analyse hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes
- Support newly acquired portfolio companies in adopting effective hiring practices and recruitment processes
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology, software, SaaS, or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of the French talent market
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Ability to operate independently across multiple priorities and business environments
- Data-driven mindset with strong organisational and project management skills
- Proven experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows
- Fluency in French and English
