Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team to drive end-to-end talent acquisition excellence
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts and craft innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental goals and specific talent needs
• Enhance the candidate experience to ensure ERM remains an employer of choice
• Utilize advanced ATS platforms, such as Workday, to streamline processes and maintain compliance and reporting standards

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in technical or sales operations recruiting
• Strong understanding of environmental, sustainability, or relevant industrial sectors (IT, Finance, HR, or Consulting)
• Proficiency in English and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday or GEM
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
