About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and vision to Talent Acquisition teams using continuous improvement mindsets
- Implement effective techniques for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Collect and analyze recruitment metrics from Applicant Tracking Systems to improve effectiveness
- Coordinate Talent Acquisition efforts across multiple Mexico Operations locations
- Audit site TA teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Mentor and develop TA personnel in partnership with Site Human Resources
- Drive communication between TA teams and Operations to ensure candidate quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 7 years of progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition
- At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition management or supervisory position
- Experience designing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies
- Previous recruitment experience in a Contact Center environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
