About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality technical talent across multiple platforms and technologies.
  • Partner closely with Cloud-Build capability leaders and hiring managers to understand business priorities, technical skill needs, and evolving market landscapes.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent mapping, sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, interview management, and offer negotiation.
  • Recruit for a wide range of roles, including software engineers, cloud architects, platform engineers, DevOps/SRE practitioners, and technical consultants.
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of the competitive technical talent market, including emerging trends and in-demand certifications within AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystems.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine recruiting approaches, improve funnel health, and forecast talent needs.
  • Cultivate Slalom’s employer brand by engaging with technology communities and attending industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience focused specifically on technical recruiting.
  • Proven success recruiting for cloud, software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for various levels, from individual contributors to architects and leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult on market realities and candidate profiles.
  • Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including CRM/ATS platforms and social sourcing tools.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
