In the last three years, we have become the third-largest property management company in Germany with fewer than 25 full-time employees at our HQ.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of your time on direct approach and sourcing Managing Directors via LinkedIn, Xing, Stepstone, and cold calling.
• Build, optimize, and take responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruiting process and CRM systems.
• Seamlessly link the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline to ensure instant closing after deal completion.
• Systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of measurable success in Executive Search, Headhunting, Tech Recruiting, or general recruiting.
• Proven track record of successfully closing senior roles.
• High resilience in direct outreach and a result-oriented mindset.
• Native-level German language skills.
• Extremely structured, analytical, and data-driven working style.
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools, CRM, and AI applications.
• Ability to work onsite at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
