Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 7 experienced recruiters across the APAC region to drive high-performance results.
• Partner with senior APAC leaders to translate business priorities into strategic workforce planning and hiring roadmaps.
• Drive the integration of AI across the talent acquisition workflow, including sourcing, screening, and candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence and challenging assumptions to ensure high-quality talent density.
• Own key TA metrics such as time to hire, pipeline health, and quality of hire to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the APAC HR Director to align talent acquisition with broader organizational health and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading recruiting teams within the APAC market, including understanding regional nuances.
• Direct experience implementing or managing AI tools and automation within a Talent Acquisition function.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech scale-ups.
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive strategy and report to global leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
