Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle for the Risk Advisory practice in EMEA and other corporate functions
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and market insights
• Drive sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, agencies, and events
• Embed Diversity & Inclusion principles throughout the recruitment process
• Coach and develop team members, including performance management and capability building
• Manage external agency partnerships and commercial alignment
• Support early careers and campus engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
• Oversee offer management and the transition to onboarding

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or advisory environments
• Experience hiring for risk, governance, compliance, or similar profiles
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience leading teams and managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms like Greenhouse
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Highly organized with excellent prioritization and communication skills
