Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Head of Department, Manager and Area Support Office positions
• Identify and engage high-quality candidates using traditional sourcing, social media, and innovative techniques
• Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and high-volume hiring projects
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques
• Monitor recruitment performance through reporting and analytics
• Ensure recruitment activity is compliant and aligned with company standards

Learning & Development

• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual learning sessions
• Support the annual learning calendar and key development initiatives
• Train and certify Hotel Trainers to deliver corporate programmes
• Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records and reporting
• Promote learning opportunities and onboarding programmes across the business
• Support compliance training and mandatory learning requirements

Requirements

• Experience leading recruitment and selection activities in TA, HR, or operational leadership
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or supporting L&D initiatives is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
