Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for India aligned with global priorities
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team
• Partner with global and regional leaders to forecast hiring needs and implement workforce planning
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for complex and niche roles using domain-led recruitment
• Build and strengthen talent pipelines through market mapping and employer branding
• Optimize TA processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CoE Talent Lab initiatives

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams across India
• Proven experience supporting global organizations and North America-based leadership
• Expertise in operational staffing and global resourcing strategies
• Success hiring in technology domains like AI, data, analytics, cloud, and digital engineering
• Experience in domain-led recruitment across financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
