Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team
- Consult with leaders, internal stakeholders, and the People team to lead strategic hiring needs
- Build regional and technical knowledge on roles, skills, and candidate pools
- Provide weekly and monthly business reporting on hiring cadence
- Liaise with the Global Talent Director to plan team capacity and hiring plans
- Monitor and improve the SiteMinder employer brand presence online
- Drive the recruitment diversity and inclusion agenda in collaboration with the People team
- Continually improve processes affecting the candidate experience
- Deliver individual hiring across sales, customer service, and other departments when needed
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading a TA team remotely and onsite
- Proven people management skills
- Experience in a high-performing in-house recruitment function during significant business growth
- Experience working across EMEA and AMERS regions
- Experience recruiting across GTM sales and onboarding teams
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use data to drive team effectiveness and performance
- Demonstrated experience in project management and strong business acumen
