Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts for the Flour & Energy Materials business group, overseeing regional recruiters and end-to-end hiring processes.
• Establish regional sourcing activities, employer branding, academic relationships, and referral programs.
• Implement Orbia's global talent acquisition policies and procedures in alignment with the global TA head.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Business Group regarding recruitment and internal mobility opportunities.
• Manage international teams while ensuring adherence to local laws, market trends, and best practices.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for your own position and support regional operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 8+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition leadership or as an HR Business Partner with heavy TA focus.
• Extensive experience in the US recruitment market.
• Proven experience working within multinational or geographically dispersed organizations.
• Direct talent acquisition experience within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, innovative sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Demonstrated experience managing international teams in a matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English with superior verbal and written communication skills.
