Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for Michelin Indonesia, ensuring alignment with regional and group KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and proactive talent pipelining to meet business needs.
• Lead the Employer Branding strategy, including talent persona identification and social media management across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Drive offline employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs and university partnerships.
• Oversee the Early Career strategy, including the management of internship programs and student engagement.
• Collaborate with regional HR communities, business partners, and communication teams to drive recruitment excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong specialization in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
• Business proficiency in both English and Indonesian Bahasa.
• Proven experience in social media management, storytelling, and event management.
• Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing university relations and student-focused events.
• Proficiency in additional APAC languages.
