Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for consulting roles, including Analysts, Associate Consultants, and Engagement Managers
• Partner with consulting leadership to align recruiting strategies with workforce planning and hiring priorities
• Serve as the primary campus recruiting liaison, managing relationships with universities, MBA programs, and career centers
• Coordinate recruiting events, interview processes, and internship programs
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates from consulting firms, graduate programs, and adjacent industries
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
• Develop and improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and talent tracking systems
• Support employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives to attract top talent

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, consulting recruiting, or professional services recruiting
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for professional or analytical roles
• Experience with campus recruiting, university relationship management, or early-career hiring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to travel as needed for recruiting events and campus engagement
