Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Experience, and Strategy to build proactive talent pipelines
• Build partnerships with universities and student organizations across Saudi Arabia to attract emerging talent
• Own recruitment for graduate programs and assessment centers
• Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to define culture-fit criteria
• Improve recruitment and onboarding processes using data and feedback
• Track and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire

Requirements

• Saudi nationality (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Experience with graduate hiring, assessment centers, or early-career programs
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
• Experience using hiring data and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making

• Experience working in startups, technology companies, or high-growth environments
