Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Build proactive talent pipelines for Sales, Customer Experience, Strategy, and other business functions
• Act as the face of Lucidya by building partnerships with universities and graduate communities across Saudi Arabia
• Design and manage graduate hiring programs, including assessment centers and internship initiatives
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and strengthen company culture through strategic hiring
• Optimize recruitment and onboarding processes using data, feedback, and key performance metrics

Requirements

• Saudi nationality (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Proven experience with graduate hiring, early-career recruitment, or internship programs
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startups, technology companies, or high-growth environments
• Ability to use hiring data and recruitment metrics to drive strategic decision-making
