Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership and finance to forecast hiring needs and manage headcount plans
  • Design a recruiting capacity model that scales
  • Use data and market insight to guide decisions and refine hiring processes
  • Shape employer brand to attract a strong, diverse pool of talent
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle as a player-coach
  • Modernize the recruiting tech stack and experiment with new tools like AI
  • Set and track key KPIs such as time-to-fill and quality of hire

Requirements

  • 6+ years in talent acquisition with deep full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of building data-driven recruiting strategies in fast-paced environments
  • Strong business sense and ability to partner with senior leaders
  • Systems thinking mindset with curiosity for new technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling a TA function in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech companies
  • Mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience managing recruiting budgets and vendor relationships
  • Hands-on experience with both technical and GTM recruiting
