Responsibilities
- Work with leadership and finance to forecast hiring needs and manage headcount plans
- Design a recruiting capacity model that scales
- Use data and market insight to guide decisions and refine hiring processes
- Shape employer brand to attract a strong, diverse pool of talent
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team
- Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle as a player-coach
- Modernize the recruiting tech stack and experiment with new tools like AI
- Set and track key KPIs such as time-to-fill and quality of hire
Requirements
- 6+ years in talent acquisition with deep full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of building data-driven recruiting strategies in fast-paced environments
- Strong business sense and ability to partner with senior leaders
- Systems thinking mindset with curiosity for new technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling a TA function in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech companies
- Mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience
- Experience managing recruiting budgets and vendor relationships
- Hands-on experience with both technical and GTM recruiting
