Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions
- Proactively source and engage top-tier talent in highly competitive markets
- Partner directly with hiring managers and technical team leads to understand hiring needs
- Conduct recruiter screens and manage interview coordination
- Build strong pipelines of talent through networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
- Drive candidate engagement and maintain a high-quality candidate experience
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Significant experience recruiting within biotech, life sciences, or other technical industries
- Strong experience sourcing technical, scientific, or specialized talent
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time in San Diego
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments
