Backed by Accel, Y Combinator, and Sequoia, we are an in-person team based in New York City dedicated to restoring time to medical staff and improving patient access to care.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close, ensuring a world-class experience
• Create automated workflows to scale recruiting reach while maintaining a personal touch
• Build a rigorous system to identify and engage candidates similar to a sales or product pipeline
• Establish a compelling employer brand narrative to attract exceptional talent

Requirements

• 2-4+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth SaaS or early-stage startups
• Proven track record of landing high-caliber technical talent
• Strong communication skills to translate company mission into a resonant narrative
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments
• Experience managing complex hiring projects across multiple teams
• Ability to work in-person at our NYC office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating recruiting as a discipline requiring persistent optimization and modern tooling
• High level of organizational skill to balance multiple roles and company priorities
