Talent Acquisition Junior Partner

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners in recruiting for various populations, including headquarters and field teams globally
• Collect hiring manager briefs regarding specific talent needs
• Post job advertisements and analyze incoming applications
• Schedule interviews and conduct initial candidate screening interviews
• Write candidate reports and participate in sourcing new talent solutions
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and managing related communications
• Maintain regular updates and communication with all stakeholders regarding recruitment progress

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+3/5 degree (Business School, IEP, or similar background)
• Proficiency in both French and English (minimum B2 level)
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
• Proactive, organized, and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with rigor and seriousness in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
