Talent Acquisition Junior Partner

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners in recruiting for various populations, including headquarters and field teams, both in France and internationally
• Collect hiring briefs from managers to understand specific needs
• Publish job advertisements and analyze incoming applications
• Schedule interviews and conduct initial candidate screening calls
• Write detailed interview reports and feedback
• Participate in sourcing new candidate pools and recruitment events
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment progress

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+3/5 degree (Business School, IEP, or similar)
• Proficiency in both French and English (minimum B2 level)
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
• Proactive, organized, and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Annecy, France
• Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
