Talent Acquisition Junior Partner

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners in recruiting for various populations across Salomon's headquarters and field teams globally
• Collect hiring manager briefs regarding specific talent needs
• Publish job advertisements and analyze incoming applications
• Schedule interviews and conduct initial candidate pre-selection screenings
• Write candidate reports and participate in sourcing new talent solutions
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and managing employer branding communications
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+3/5 degree (Business School, IEP, or similar)
• Fluency in French and a minimum B2 level in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
• Proactive, organized, and strong interpersonal communication skills
• A strong interest in Human Resources and the outdoor sports industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a significant plus
