Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for intern and working student positions
- Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and various hiring managers
- Screen incoming applications and coordinate interview schedules
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire application process
- Take ownership of individual projects and contribute new ideas to recruiting and HR workflows
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruiting
- Ability to conduct job interviews in English
- Motivation to join a fast-paced team and help grow ABOUT YOU with top talent
- Desire to work in an open, casual atmosphere with a start-up character
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial professional experience in Active Sourcing or Human Resources
