Talent Acquisition Intern - Young Talents

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for filling intern and working student positions
• Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and various hiring managers
• Pre-select incoming applications and coordinate interview schedules
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire application process
• Manage individual projects and contribute new ideas to daily recruiting and HR operations

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a similar field (or recent graduate)
• Initial experience in recruiting or working in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English to conduct interviews
• Motivation to join the team and help grow ABOUT YOU with top talent
• A desire to work in an open, relaxed atmosphere with a start-up character

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in Active Sourcing or Human Resources
