Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full 360º recruitment cycle for junior profiles and students across Europe.
• Execute creative sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn, WTTJ, and university portals.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining transparent and close communication.
• Support senior recruiters in advising international hiring managers on market trends and hiring needs.
• Assist with internal mobility initiatives to identify talent for promotion within the company.
• Support HR operations, including preparing salary proposals and assisting with the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Degree or Master's in Psychology, Business, HR, Labor Relations, or a similar field.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or school.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management through internships or projects.
• Knowledge of other European languages, particularly French.
• Interest in recruitment technology, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the application of AI in HR.
