Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment and campus relations activities for Prada and Miu Miu
• Post job openings, manage applications, and source candidates to build talent pools
• Participate in the full recruitment process to develop independent search capabilities
• Build a database of target schools and universities to develop long-term partnerships
• Launch and manage internship recruitment campaigns
• Monitor competitor recruitment trends and emerging practices
• Create communication materials for Talent Days and support employer branding via LinkedIn

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree (Master’s level or equivalent) in Human Resources
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Strong interest in the retail and fashion industry
• Proactive, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a project-based, collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or work experience within the retail industry
• Sensitivity to candidate experience and employer branding challenges
