Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates
• Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates
• Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives

Requirements

• Strong learning agility and adaptability
• High attention to detail and reliability in data accuracy
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Curiosity and initiative to test new sourcing approaches
• Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months
