Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in daily operations, with a focus on industrial/skilled positions including conducting interviews
• Actively assist throughout the entire recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Support the University Marketing team in planning and implementing university career fairs
• Assist with general HR administrative tasks, such as creating certificates and acting as a point of contact for various employee groups
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, such as creating AI-driven videos for candidates and employees

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in both German and English
• High level of independence, flexibility, and strong communication skills
• A proactive mindset and enjoyment of working in a team environment
