About the role
Responsibilities
- Audit and clean up job requisitions, candidate stages, and pipeline data in Greenhouse
- Build and maintain scorecards, job templates, and offer letter templates
- Generate recruiting metrics and reports for weekly updates
- Update careers landing pages and job descriptions for brand consistency
- Refresh content on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer brand platforms
- Draft social content spotlighting culture and open roles
- Develop candidate-facing communications and interview prep materials
- Create hiring manager resources such as interview guides and process FAQs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Prior experience with Greenhouse or an ATS is a plus
- Based in Miami and available to work onsite five days a week
