Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer management
• Assess candidates through structured screening processes and participate in hiring debriefs
• Utilize recruitment platforms and AI tools to enhance candidate engagement and efficiency
• Contribute to strategic projects aimed at optimizing recruitment workflows
• Manage process flows and tasks independently to meet established timelines

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in team collaboration and contributing toward group goals
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Singapore from August to December 2026
