Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
• Manage candidate feedback loops post-interview to maintain professionalism and transparency
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
• Post job openings across various platforms in alignment with employer branding initiatives
• Assist in organizing recruitment events such as career fairs and industry meetups

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a university program (ideally HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field)
• Prior practical experience in recruitment, HR, or a coordination-heavy role
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• C1-level fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ATS tools like Personio or recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Prior exposure to a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of processes
