Responsibilities
- Manage the filling of internship and working student positions
- Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and various hiring managers
- Screen applications and coordinate the interview process
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Take ownership of individual projects and contribute ideas to recruiting and HR workflows
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruiting
- Fluency in English for conducting interviews
- Interest in working within an open, relaxed, startup-like environment
- High motivation to help grow the company with top talent
Preferred Qualifications
- First experience in active sourcing or HR functions
