Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in creative tech and multimedia industries both locally and internationally.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and project-specific requirements.
• Oversee all human resources activities, including policy administration and compliance with Quebec employment laws.
• Implement and manage performance management processes, goal setting, and employee development plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving workplace issues and providing mentorship.
• Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the creative or multimedia tech industries.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proven experience in international recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Quebec employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in both English and French is required.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various social media sourcing strategies.
• Ability to recruit specialized technical talent such as developers, engineers, and data visualization experts.
