About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the TA team on end-to-end hiring efforts across India
- Run daily and weekly hiring funnels, walk-in drives, and bulk interview processes
- Build strong candidate pipelines via sourcing, referrals, and market intelligence
- Partner with business and functional teams on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and SLA governance
- Maintain accurate hiring dashboards, metrics, and reporting for leadership reviews
- Train new managers and interview panels on ICP, NMA, and recruitment best practices
Requirements
- 13-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience managing both Tech-Product and Business hiring
- Strong exposure to distribution organization hiring
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards, and ATS/HR systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
