Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts for the US R&D center, supporting Software Engineering, AI, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Product, Blockchain, and Trading Technology.
• Develop proactive talent attraction strategies targeting top technology companies, fintechs, and AI organizations.
• Partner with global technology leaders and executives to understand workforce plans and critical hiring priorities.
• Act as a market intelligence partner providing insights on US technology talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Lead searches for senior, niche, and business-critical technology positions through direct sourcing and executive search.
• Manage multiple strategic searches while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 6+ years of recruitment experience in-house or at a leading search firm
• Proven experience recruiting technology talent (AI/ML, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc.)
• Experience in fintech, digital platforms, quantitative trading, or cryptocurrency preferred
• Strong understanding of the US technology talent market
• Demonstrated success in executive search, talent mapping, and market intelligence
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
