Talent Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and assessment
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract diverse talent
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and regular communication
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build talent pipelines by developing relationships with universities and professional organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-4 years of proven recruitment experience specifically within the IT industry
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools
• Strong skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and interview scheduling
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
