Talent Acquisition Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a comprehensive framework of best-in-class recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Benchmark recruitment processes against industry leaders in the financial services and technology sectors.
• Conduct ongoing audits of recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement.
• Evaluate ATS utilization, sourcing channel effectiveness, and interview quality to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Establish and track key Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Deliver data-driven assessments and actionable recommendations to leadership to drive measurable operational improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, TA consulting, or recruitment function leadership.
• Advanced experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or BambooHR).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven track record of building, improving, or auditing recruitment functions at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategic consulting or Big4 (specifically within people and organization practice).
• Experience working within the financial services or technology sectors.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple international locations.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and recruitment technology (e.g., using tools like Claude or ChatGPT in daily workflows).
