Talent Acquisition Europe Intern

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full-cycle Talent Acquisition process within a global luxury group
• Collaborate with TA Partners to build strong pipelines of future talent across Europe
• Master headhunting methods, candidate relationship management, and talent networking
• Apply a Diversity & Inclusion lens to all recruitment activities to mitigate bias
• Support Employer Branding directives to ensure high-quality representation of Richemont Maisons
• Assist with University and School initiatives to engage early talent
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and management within recruitment systems

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a university program for the entire 6-month duration of the internship
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in German and/or Italian
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to orchestrate multiple activities
• High level of data accuracy and proficiency in data management
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to reach targets
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening
