About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate interview scheduling and travel coordination
- Verify job details and create offer letters within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Initiate pre-hire onboarding and assist with new-hire orientation
- Enter and audit data in automated systems to ensure accuracy
- Maintain files, documentation, and provide information to employees and candidates
- Assist in complex administrative processes and prepare special reports
Requirements
- Strong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing or Human Resources
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendaring
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct business ethically
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition function
- Experience with SmartRecruiters
