Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate interview scheduling and coordinate interview travel
• Verify job details and create offer letters within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Initiate pre-hire onboarding processes and assist with new-hire orientation
• Enter and audit data in automated systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized files, documentation, and candidate records
• Provide professional information and support to employees, candidates, and vendors
• Assist with complex administrative processes and prepare special reports for the team

Requirements

• Strong understanding of administrative operations within Staffing or Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook calendaring
• Hands-on experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for drafting business correspondence
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of related professional experience
• Previous experience specifically within a Talent Acquisition function
• Experience using SmartRecruiters
