Responsibilities

  • Run interview logistics end-to-end, including scheduling across teams, time zones, and formats
  • Manage complex calendars and stay ahead of conflicts or last-minute changes
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates to ensure a clear, prompt, and respectful experience
  • Maintain clean and accurate data within the ATS (Ashby)
  • Track candidate progress, follow-ups, and next steps
  • Prepare interview materials and internal coordination documents
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose fixes to improve recruiting infrastructure

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or fast-paced administrative roles
  • Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with an ATS or CRM (Ashby or Gem preferred)
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and founders
  • High degree of ownership and ability to work with ambiguity
