Responsibilities
- Run interview logistics end-to-end, including scheduling across teams, time zones, and formats
- Manage complex calendars and stay ahead of conflicts or last-minute changes
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates to ensure a clear, prompt, and respectful experience
- Maintain clean and accurate data within the ATS (Ashby)
- Track candidate progress, follow-ups, and next steps
- Prepare interview materials and internal coordination documents
- Identify inefficiencies and propose fixes to improve recruiting infrastructure
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or fast-paced administrative roles
- Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with an ATS or CRM (Ashby or Gem preferred)
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and founders
- High degree of ownership and ability to work with ambiguity
