Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
• Serve as a high-touch point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Ashby applicant tracking system
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to drive progress and ensure smooth execution of the recruiting process
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and overall candidate experience
• Support reporting, data tracking, and recruiting insights
• Assist with recruiting programs, initiatives, and operational documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operational role supporting U.S.-based recruiting teams
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, Outlook calendars, and Microsoft Office
• Experience working within an applicant tracking system (Ashby preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and governance within an ATS
• Ability to work across U.S. time zones and collaborate with global stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
