Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination and operations for the Vietnam North region
• Assist recruiters in managing requisitions within Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Coordinate background checks, medical exams, and other pre-employment requirements
• Draft and distribute offer letters and employment contracts
• Coordinate with onboarding teams and other workstreams to ensure seamless new hire documentation
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with local employment and data privacy laws
• Track hiring metrics, monitor job requisition status, and prepare reports as required
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Liaise with hiring managers, the People Team, and external vendors

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday or ServiceNow
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity
• Ability to physically report to the Hung Yen plant 2–3 times weekly
