About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and manage offer letters in local languages
- Initiate and monitor employment checks including drug and medical screenings
- Complete and maintain documentation related to background checks or offer rescinds
- Handle sensitive candidate data in compliance with internal policies
- Coordinate communication between Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates
- Support administrative activities for the Global TA Coordination team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of coordination or administrative experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Experience in pre-boarding, contract generation, or visa coordination is an advantage
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills preferred
- Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish
- University degree strongly preferred
- Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
