Talent Acquisition Coordinator cum Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations, including administrative tasks, documentation, and compliance.
• Manage and update candidate data and pre-onboarding documents within the Workday system.
• Source candidates across various channels, including social networks and job portals, to support mass hiring and critical expansion.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring-related events.
• Assist in generating recruitment reports, dashboards, and data consolidation.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition and assist with employer branding activities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar HR role.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and native or fluent Vietnamese.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of HR administration and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with social platforms and digital sourcing tools.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
