Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from writing job advertisements to facilitating new hire onboarding
• Maintain and grow candidate pipelines using ATS (Rippling), Seek, and LinkedIn
• Coordinate all interview scheduling and conduct initial candidate evaluations
• Partner closely with showroom managers to identify hiring needs and support their recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate recruitment data by updating candidate details, notes, and background checks in the system

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a similar fast-paced recruitment support role
• Experience writing clear, compelling, and strategic job descriptions
• Proficiency with ATS or HRIS platforms and strong calendar management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a high-quality candidate experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing environment
